Girls Camp
Ages 9-11 (grades 3-5)
June 18-22, 2017
This is a week for girls only – no boy campers allowed! Young women face a constant stream of messages from the media and their peers telling them how they are supposed to be – how they are to look, dress, and behave. What about who God wants them to be? This week is specifically designed to celebrate who girls are in God’s kingdom, and for girls to focus on being and becoming the woman that God has created them to be!
Highlights include:
- Pajama party and movie night: Campers stay up a little later to watch a VeggieTales movie and eat a special snack – all while wearing their pajamas!
- Spa night: Campers paint their nails, soak their feet, and spend an evening being pampered!
- Yard Party – an end of the week celebration featuring lawn games, face painting, and ice cream!
- Camp classics like swimming, boating, crafts, and all-camp recreation
Each day of Girls’ Camp opens and closes with worship, input from a female pastor, and devotions as a cabin group, all based on our summer theme.
