The 5k is a cross country style race, mostly in grass or dirt trails with brief sections crossing gravel or wooden bridges. The course showcases the varying terrain of Camp Luz.
Prizes will be awarded to the Top Overall Male/ Female Finishers, as well as the
top finishers in each division.
Divisions (male and female seperate): under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-59, 60+We will once again be holding a short Fun Run Race for the little ones. This event will take place after the 5k at the same location, but will consist of 1 or 2 laps on a short loop course around the Recreaction Field.
Race shirts are included for both the 5k and Kids Fun Run. Pre-registration guarantees your shirt in your size, shirt selection may be limited for Day of Event Registrations.
Registration fees:
5k Early Registration (before May 20) - $20
5k Registration (after May 20, closes 15 min prior to race START) - $25
Kids Fun Run- $5This Event is part of the Family Fun Day activities. All participants and their familes are invited to stick around for some great family fun! All proceeds benefit the ministry of Camp Luz.
